OVERVIEW
Thank you for making a purchase from A Hundred Ravens at our website.
We know that colors are not always accurate on every screen, that hand-dye lots are slightly different, and that sometimes what you get is not exactly what you expected. At AHR we are happy to offer exchanges and refunds for most of our products. In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be sent back within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Additionally, the product must be in the same condition that you receive it.
After we receive your item(s), the AHR team will ensure the condition and process your refund. . Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. The full purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 10 or more business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that are damaged in any way
- Products returned after 30 calendar days have passed
- Yarn that has been wound into a cake (unless it was purchased as a cake),
- Yarn that has been frogged, soiled, or cut
- Advent Kits
- Gift Cards
- Patterns that are not part of a kit
- Sale items. (Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.)
For defective items or products that arrive damaged, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
RETURN PROCESS STEPS
- Contact our support team and let us know which product(s) you want to return, the reason, and the remedy (refund, exchange, redye).
- Ship the product(s) to: A Hundred Ravens, 19 Cleveland Hill Road, Brookline, NH 03033. Unless otherwise arranged via email, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- The AHR team will ensure the condition of the returned product(s). Note: A Hundred Ravens does not charge a restocking fee on returns.
- Your refund for the full purchase price will be submitted within 7 business days, however depending on your credit card company it may take 10 or more business days before the credit appears on your statement.
- Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. There is no shipping charge for the exchange item(s).
